What this app is for

The Relieve Pro mobile app is for the person standing in the room. It answers two questions — what is in here? and what just changed? — and it records the answer the moment you give it, so nobody has to remember to write it down later.

It is not a cut-down version of the desktop product. It does the handful of jobs that can only be done on the floor, and it does them with one thumb:

  • Add something that has just arrived, or more of something already here.
  • Find an item by name, by photo, or by scanning its QR label.
  • Move, re-grade or remove inventory from the room you are standing in.
  • Tag a single item with a QR code so it can be tracked on its own.
  • Flag something that needs attention, and have that reach the right people.
  • Count a room, and reconcile what is there against what was expected.

Everything you do is scoped to one building, chosen when you sign in. Every change is written to the inventory ledger immediately, and most changes can be undone from the toast that appears straight after.

How to read this guide

Each of the six jobs has its own page: what it is for, when you would do it, and a short silent clip of the whole thing happening on a phone. The clips are real recordings of the app, not mock-ups — so if a screen here looks different from the one in your hand, trust your hand and tell us.

The clips were recorded against a demonstration building, not live customer data. The names, rooms and quantities on screen are examples.
